Terms of Sale

All products are sold AS IS. Many of our items are handcrafted, rustic, Fair Trade, or created by Indigenous artisans. Due to their handmade nature, minor imperfections, variations, and unique characteristics may occur and are not considered defects.

Product images on the website may differ slightly from the actual items due to lighting, digital photography, and variations in screen displays.

Orders that do not meet your expectations may be returned in their original, unused condition according to the return policy below. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. After 10 days, all sales are final.

Order Handling & Delivery Time

Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing and packing. We strive to ship orders as quickly as possible, often on the same day. However, for time-sensitive orders, please contact us in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Estimated delivery time is 7-10 business days after processing. Delivery times are approximate and not guaranteed. Delays due to weather, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances are outside our control.

We ship using UPS, USPS, and FedEx, depending on the size, weight, and destination of the package.

Delivery Signature Requirements

For security purposes, a signature may be required for deliveries based on the order value or shipping destination.

Signature-required deliveries: Ensure someone aged 21 or older is available to sign, and have valid government-issued ID ready.

Non-signature deliveries: Packages will be left at the carrier’s discretion in a location deemed secure. The buyer assumes responsibility for unattended packages.

For apartment deliveries, we may require a signature to minimize theft risk.

If you have specific delivery preferences, such as requiring or waiving the signature, please inform us before shipping. Additional charges may apply.

Wholesale Orders

Wholesale orders are subject to different shipping terms:

Shipping Charges: Not included with the purchase. These charges will depend on the size, weight, and destination of the package.

A shipping quote will be provided before finalizing the order. Wholesale customers are responsible for all shipping fees.

Delivery Time: Wholesale orders may require additional processing time due to volume and packaging requirements.

Damages, Missing, or Incorrect Items

3-Day Reporting Period

It is the buyer’s responsibility to track their order until delivery. Most carriers automatically provide tracking information via email. If you do not receive tracking details, contact us for assistance.

Open packages immediately upon delivery.

Report any missing, incorrect, or damaged items within 3 business days of delivery. After this period, the order will be considered complete.

Shipping Damage or Loss

We take great care in packaging your orders, but shipping damage or loss can occasionally occur.

Damaged items: Retain all packaging materials (boxes, foam, bubble wrap, etc.) for inspection by the carrier. Contact us immediately with photos of the damage, and we will assist in filing a claim.

Lost items: Notify us promptly if your package is marked as delivered but has not arrived. We will coordinate with the carrier to locate the package. If unrecoverable, we will work to provide a replacement or refund.

Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 10 days of delivery for any reason, provided the item is in unused condition with its original packaging.

1. Include the original packing slip and note your order number, if available.

Refund Terms

Refunds are issued for the product price only, less any shipping fees we incurred.

Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item. However, processing times may vary based on your financial institution.

Items returned in used, damaged, or incomplete condition are not eligible for refunds.

Undeliverable or Incorrect Addresses

Ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

The buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping and reshipping the order.

If the buyer opts not to resend the package, the refund will exclude all shipping fees.

Freight Shipping for Oversized Items

Oversized or heavy items may require freight shipping.

Freight shipments are prepared within 3-4 business days.

Delivery is curbside only. The driver will lower the package to the ground using a lift gate but will not carry it inside or provide setup.

Freight Damage

Inspect freight shipments immediately upon delivery. If damage is visible:

Take photos of the damage and retain all packaging materials for inspection.

Expedited Shipping

For expedited shipping (e.g., Next Day, 2-Day), allow 1 business day for handling in addition to the carrier’s delivery estimate.

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information.

Personal Data: Information collected during checkout is used solely to process your order or contact you regarding your purchase.

Newsletter Subscription: If you opt to receive our newsletter, we will not share or sell your email address to third parties.
