These artisanal baskets can take weeks to weave, ensuring that each one tells a unique story.

The date palm leaves are naturally dyed using organic pigments in clay-lined pits, creating rich, vibrant hues. The skilled weavers wrap the dyed leaves in a figure-eight pattern around wild river reeds, carefully changing colors to form the intricate designs. Colors will soften over time, adding character as they age or when exposed to sunlight.
